Sales Director

Tamleek Real Estate Co. is looking to hire a Sales Director with solid real estate background especially in Dubai and GCC markets. This is a senior role where the ideal candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO and managing a team of 12-15 Senior Property Consultants. Must have experience mainly in off plan projects.

Job Description:

  • Managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Accountable for the delivery of the sales targets.
  • Ability to support his team members in closing deals / upselling.
  • Exposure to regional and GCC markets.
  • Design relevant marketing and sales strategy
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets.
  • Develop and implement real estate and workspace strategic plans, partnering with senior management and stakeholders to align the strategy with business initiatives.
  • Guide real estate acquisitions and project activity to support the real estate strategy.


  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales, preferably in same sector.
  • Must have a background in Sales for Real Estate/Property Brokerage firms
  • Must have good international client portfolio and experience
  • Must have a personality which is aggressive and focused in sales that can manage a team and also be hands on in his management style.
  • Might need to assist his Sales team in closing business himself at times.
  • Must have an excellent track record in Sales and be the most senior sales management person for their company at the moment
